It is with great excitement that we make the following announcement:
After 18 years of dutiful service, we are retiring the NAME of our company "Zandu Chemicals Ltd.", and renaming it "ZCL Chemicals
Limited".
It's a new name and a Fresh start with same infrastructures and facilities.
For more than 18 years everyone in our organization has devoted energy to change. We have worked to help our clients and business partners change to
be more successful and change to create their future.
We have been reinventing ourselves time and again to remain relevant to the marketplace and to our partners in business. It is this continuous
change process that has brought us to our current and most ambitious challenge.
Over the past year we have been developing and executing a new vision and strategy. And on May 2009, we changed our name to ZCL Chemicals.Our new
name and identity proclaim what we are as an organization and what we want to become.
We are expanding our sources of innovation and knowledge through new technologies, alliances and investments in ventures that employ open source
models. To put it simply, we are creating an organization that is greater than the sum of its parts.
This is a commitment to our clients, our business partners, our own people and others who share our communities.
